We are looking for: 

• 1-3 years restaurant/retail management or supervisory experience 
• Basic food safety understanding and practice  • Must be 18 years old 
• Must have reliable transportation 
• Must have open availability
 

What's in it for you?

Salary: $40,000 per year + obtainable quarterly bonuses

 
Main Objectives: 

·      Increase store sales 
·      Implement and provide ongoing management of LSM (Local Store Marketing Program)
·      Manage labor and food cost (Labor goal = 25% / Food cost goal = 30%)
·      Ordering management
·      Management of team member training and development 
·      Take lead in training and documentation of training 
·      Management of food product quality
·      Practice clear, positive, and effective communication 
Daily Responsibilities: 
·      Manage ticket times, ensure quality food production, and promote customer engagement.
·      Count register and petty cash before opening. Use the deposit binder to monitor register open/closing counts, petty cash opening/closing counts, and daily deposit log. Keep deposit slip bundles neat organized by date in a secure location.
·      Make sure employees are using the opening, closing, deep cleaning, and daily prep lists.
·      Actively coach, train, and quiz your team about their knowledge of the company, our product, and allergen safety.
·      Enforce allergen safety and awareness personally with all employees.
·      Ensure that allergen safety kit is intact and available.
·      Make sure you test your sanitizer strength, holding temperature, and check gaskets on freezer and refrigeration units.
·      Ensure the correct measurements are in use and the employees are fully trained 
·      Check for under prepping and over prepping. The daily prep list will help. Each store has different items we can slow down or ramp up prep levels depending on the season.
·      Check Sales VS Labor and ensure that we are adequately staffed. 
·      Overview or be the individual who places all Sysco orders. Monitoring levels of product being ordered and make sure proper levels are being maintained. 
 
 
 
Compensation: $37,000.00 per year
